I keep telling myself that I am going to get started exercising yet there is always a reason why I don't. Lately it has been so stinking hot I don't want to do anything but go from one air conditioned room to another. My husband works outside all day and I really give him credit for being able to be out in the high heats.
Well once the weather cools down I am sure I will find another reason why I can't get off my lazy behind and start working out. I did try personal training before and had a great results, my trainer Matt was very good at motivating me. I have a few people that I know that have been going to a gym here called Fiveofitness, they have small group personal training, I think I may try it out. I am hoping that if I meet a small group of people who are also working out they can take turns coming to my house and dragging me to the gym! lol
