Most would agree that Steven Tyler is one of the most entertaining musicians that rock has ever experienced.  He's a cool dude who has made his mark on the rock scene as being best known as the frontman and lead singer of Aerosmith; crossed over also to county and has been a judge on American Idol.   His nickname is the "Demon of Screamin'" and Toxic Twins with Joe Perry, also of Aerosmith. He is not only an extremely talented vocalist, but also multi-instrumentalist. 

He was born on March 26, 1948 named Steven Victor Tallarico, he is 69 years old today!  Tyler is included on the list of Rolling Stone's 100 greatest singers.  In 2001 he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with Aerosmith.
Some of the hits he has done with Aerosmith are Dream On, Walk this Way and Ragdoll.  He performed at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in 2009 and halfway thru the performance while singing Love in an Elevator he stepped back and fell from the Stage suffering minor head and neck injuries and the show was cut short.  I was in Sturgis and covering the show that year and when he fell we thought that he had perhaps jumped off as part of the show.  There had been a ton of rain and hail during that Rally and the stage was a bit slick.
