Driving over 100 through a 70 miles per hour zone drunk isn't the brightest move a person could make.  Then when the State Trooper pulled her over Alexandra Ignatkina offered a half eaten burrito out of her purse rather than her driver's license.  Her blood alcohol level was 0.183 and .08 is considered over the legal limit. The Officer had to use a translation app since Alexandra said she spoke Russian.  Apparently it was time for a celebration, her friend had gotten their green card and they decided to throw back the Champagne.
