There was a woman in India who thought she was getting sick, perhaps a cold since there was an itchy feeling in her nose.  Well after going to the doctor, then getting a referral to another doctor, and yet another, a test showed she had a LIVE cockroach in her skull.  Can you imagine!  Her finally knowing what was the reason for her strange sensation, then finding out it was a live cockroach?  The doctors said it was near her brain between her eyes and could have caused an infection that would have probably spread to her brain.  What I want to know is, how do they know that the cockroach didn't lay eggs?  Hopefully that is something they could see when they put the camera up her nose to find the roach!  GROSS!  Below is a link to the original article on upi.com and also the video!  "Note to self, wear nose plugs when you go to sleep!"
